Two-stage cascade circuit

A low stage lifts to an intermediate temperature and a high stage takes it the rest of the way, each working in its efficient band.

Return temperature is the variable

These units are selected on your return temperature. A 70 °C return costs far less to lift than a 30 °C one.

Waste-heat source options

Ambient air, chiller reject, compressor jackets or process effluent — whichever is warmest and steadiest.

Stainless and titanium wetted parts

Specified against your water chemistry, including CIP caustic and acid cycles.

Cascade with base-load plant

Pair with TT-CM for the 60 °C portion so the expensive stage only does the top lift.

Metered verification

Energy and thermal metering as standard, so the COP claim can be checked against the design figure.

COP figures assume a 70 °C return. Selection requires a week of logged flow and return temperatures — we will not quote a high-temperature unit without them.

High-temperature heat pumps replace boiler load, not boilers. Steam duties stay with the boiler; hot water duties move.
